Privacy policy
This policy explains what Miami Insurance Agents ("we"), operated by Hybrid Advisors, collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Quote requests: name, email, phone, ZIP code, coverage type and anything you type into the message field.
- Listing claims: your name, role, work email and phone.
- Usage data: aggregate, cookie-free analytics — pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, device type. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run cross-site trackers.
How we use it
Quote requests are shared with up to three licensed insurance agencies whose coverage lines and service area match your request, so they can contact you with a quote. That sharing is the purpose of the form, and it is disclosed on the form itself before you submit.
We use claim submissions to verify that you are authorized to manage a listing, and to contact you about that listing.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or list resellers.
- We do not share your details with anyone other than the matched agencies described above.
- We do not send your data to advertising networks.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Agencies that already received your request must be contacted directly to be removed from their systems — we will tell you which ones received it. To opt out of contact, reply "stop" to any message from us or email [email protected].
If you are a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or other state-privacy-law resident, you have rights to access, correct, delete and opt out of sale or sharing. We honor these requests from everyone, regardless of where you live.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the consent box on our quote form, you opt in to receive transactional quote-request updates and occasional informational and marketing text messages from Miami Insurance Agents (HYBRID ADVISORS LLC). Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP for help.
Your SMS opt-in and consent information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. When you request quotes, we share your contact details with the licensed agencies you asked to be matched with, solely to fulfill your request — never so they or anyone else can send you their own unrelated marketing texts.
Data security
Your information is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls on infrastructure provided by Google Cloud. Access is limited to personnel who need it to deliver your request, and we retain it only as described below. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
Retention
Quote requests are retained for 24 months so we can resolve disputes with agencies about lead quality, then deleted. Claim records are retained while the listing is active.
