What this site is

Miami Insurance Agents is an advertising directory operated by Hybrid Advisors. We are not an insurance agency, broker or producer. We do not sell insurance, quote rates, bind coverage or provide insurance advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy from any particular agency.

Listing information

Listings are compiled from public sources and from information submitted by business owners. We make a reasonable effort to keep them accurate but we do not warrant that any listing is complete, current or correct. Confirm licensing and credentials directly with the agency and with your state insurance regulator before you buy.

Advertising disclosure

Listings labeled "Featured" are paid placements. Payment affects position and profile features only. It does not affect the review data we display, and we do not remove or downgrade any business because a competitor paid us.

Quote requests

When you submit a quote request, you authorize us to share it with up to three licensed agencies and you authorize those agencies to contact you by phone, text or email about it. Consent to contact is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw it at any time.

Business owners

Claiming a listing means you represent that you are authorized to act for that business. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. We may suspend or remove a listing that contains false information, misrepresents licensing, or violates advertising law. Paid placements are month to month and can be cancelled at any time; we do not refund partial months.

Removal

Any business owner may request removal of their listing at [email protected]. We remove on request without requiring a reason.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

By opting in on our quote form, you agree to receive transactional quote-request updates and occasional informational and marketing text messages from Miami Insurance Agents (HYBRID ADVISORS LLC). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Text STOP to any message to cancel at any time; text HELP for help or contact [email protected]. You must be 18 years or older to opt in to our messaging program. Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hybrid Advisors is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from any listing's accuracy, or from any dealings between you and a listed agency. Your transaction is with the agency, not with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
